SoulSync is a technology platform built specifically to support the body of Christ. Our product design, data privacy guidelines, and community policies are anchored in Christian values and doctrinal truth.

1. Our Core Pillars

Our platform operates according to four main structural values:

1.1 Fellowship & Unity

We believe technology should strengthen, not replace, local church fellowship. SoulSync is designed to help believers connect, request prayer, share testimonies, and support each other's spiritual growth (Galatians 6:2).

1.2 Stewardship & Privacy

Unlike traditional social networks that treat users as products to sell to advertisers, we practice ethical technology stewardship. We do not sell your personal data, run invasive ad trackers, or profit from behavioral surveillance.

1.3 Edification & Truth

We prioritize building a space that edifies rather than divides. Our guidelines restrict anger-baiting algorithms, clickbait, gossip, and division, encouraging content that builds up faith.

1.4 Security & Separation

We respect the structural independence of local churches. Our multi-tenancy architecture guarantees strict data isolation (via Row-Level Security), ensuring each congregation’s records, check-ins, and pastoral notes are private.

2. Statement of Faith

SoulSync is founded upon the historic Christian faith as expressed in the Apostles' Creed. Our guiding principle is the inerrant and authoritative Holy Scripture. While we are a Christ-centered platform that upholds these foundational doctrines, SoulSync is committed to serving the entire Body of Christ. We welcome believers from all orthodox Christian traditions, including but not limited to Reformed, Wesleyan, Pentecostal, Anglican, Lutheran, Baptist, Catholic, and Orthodox churches, provided they do not promote heresy or sectarian division. Our purpose is to facilitate fellowship, service, and worship among all Christians who adhere to the essentials of the Christian faith.

2.1 The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, serving as our supreme rule of faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:16).

2.2 The Trinity

We believe in one eternal God, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).

2.3 Lord Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, and His personal return in glory.

2.4 Salvation by Grace

We believe all humans are fallen in sin and in need of redemption. Salvation is a gift of God received through repentance and faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9).

2.5 The Holy Spirit

We believe in the present indwelling and ministry of the Holy Spirit, who empowers believers to live a godly, sanctified life.

2.6 The Church

We believe in the spiritual unity of all true believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, collectively forming the Church, His body.

2.7 Marriage & Family

We believe that marriage is an institution created by God, defined exclusively as the covenant union of one genetic man and one genetic woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6).
